What I believe.

When our base is strong, we can truly be ourselves. There is security and stability, grounding in our bodies, we feel safe, free from fears and anxiety. We are unshakeable, sturdy like the thick roots of a tree that can stand harsh storms, heat and rain. This is when life truly begins and our kundalini energy flows upwards to higher energy. That is when we can identify with, I AM.

My Why.

I have a clear ‘why’ and journey to where I am now. My combination of expertise and offering combined with a solid understanding of the challenges that modern life throws at clients and families allows me to create breakthroughs.

After living a life at the behest of other people’s expectations, and compounded by chronic health problems, I started on a journey of finding ‘something else’ that could help. Nothing - medical or holistic - was working for her until a meeting with an enlightened spiritual healer led to years of enlightenment and training where all paths led back to eastern wisdom and energetic modalities - long-lost techniques of healing and meditation and higher principles to navigate the school of life. I believe life is a journey of self mastery and transformation of consciousness to keep evolving and become free.

I am raised and submerged within the eastern culture and wisdoms and later on received immense international exposure and training from coaches around the world, including living in 3 continents around the world.

My work today.

After delivering 5,000+ hours of energy healing and coaching to clients across the globe, from diverse backgrounds and walks of life, my focus now is helping people build self-awareness, unlock their highest potential, and grow with intention. I take on a select number of private clients each year, alongside online courses for those ready to learn, grow, and stay ahead.
